Refund and Returns Policy


Thank you for shopping with Elosource. Please carefully read our return policy before you make a purchase.

Return Eligibility

We only accept returns on damaged or defective items received upon delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.
  • Damage must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
  • You must provide photo evidence of the damage and the packaging to support your claim.

If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

❗ We do not accept returns on:

  • Incorrect orders by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Compatibility issues (please confirm your equipment before ordering)

Replacement and Refund Process

  • We’ll email you once we’ve received and inspected your return
  • If you qualify for a return, we’ll process a replacement of your damaged item.
  • In case you prefer a refund, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that we’ll charge 25% of the returned order value in addition to the shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless your return was a result of our error.

Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was mis-shipped or damaged during ship.
